Description
The concept aims at increasing the current neighborhood’s density with new constructions. The existing situation plan is developed in the vertical direction towards Talackerstrasse. The built structure rises from 2 to 6 stories and counterbalances the commercial center’s volume, thus establishing a link to existing scales. The new constructions, developed from the existing structure of the neighborhood, are interpreted in a contemporary language (internal distribution / staircase / plans).
