Description

Located in a heterogeneous context, the housing block’s powerful form creates an urban landmark. The 3 to 7-storey buildings are separated from the smaller housings by large spaces. The bloc’s silhouette allows the buildings situated on the southern part to have an unobstructed view on the site. In spite of the high density, a large common outdoor space is preserved. The 88 north/south crossing apartments ensure a high standard of residential quality for each tenant.
