New pavilion in dialogue with neighboring buildings.

EcologyRealisedHousingPrivate

The old Jean-Jaquet Pavilion, located to the east of the main building, was demolished to make way for a new construction in this prime location, directly adjacent to the park and forest. The decidedly modern architecture of the new building engages in dialogue with the renovated neighboring structures, complementing them seamlessly. The project includes a spacious ground-floor apartment opening onto the park, two apartments per floor on the three levels above, and a penthouse on the top floor.
