The intricately interwoven volume consists of individual spatial modules arranged around a central core. This core houses a four-story walk-through library and a sculpturally designed interior staircase. All spaces are accessed from here. This structure allows the building’s distinctive vertical development to be experienced in everyday use. Framed balconies open from various floors and positions, offering precisely composed views of the surroundings.
