Description
The architecturally refurbished building, together with its urban development project for the surrounding area, is now welcoming out-patient consultations from the Lake Neuchâtel region. The spatial reorganization of the whole complex has entailed creating parallel walls both outside and inside the building. Outside, the concrete walls incorporate handrails and stairways. They thus create a bright, uncluttered access area facilitating a smooth transition between the street and the inner courtyard. Inside, the walls surround technical services, structure space and outline specific task zones.
