Description
The new building's compact, pentagonal diamond shape blends harmoniously with the plot of land and its morphology. Thanks to its annular geometry, it opens out onto the exterior panorama with a multitude of different viewpoints while its inner courtyard shelters a multifunctional centre. 62 care rooms and 36 apartments for the elderly are functionally separated by separate entrances. Rooms in the care department either offer views over the countryside of the courtyard whereas the flats overlook the fields. Shared lounges and recreation rooms as well as a dining room and restaurant complete the spatial arrangement.
