This project is based on the general development plan for the Schweiter zone. A residential and business building, an underground car park and the new access route for the existing adjacent administrative building are planned for the C2/C3 construction site. Built on a steep declivity, the building hugs the slope as a comprehensive volume. With its socle and its ad hoc longitudinal construction, it blends into a unified concretisation which results in a clear vision of the three parts of the building as a single complex, thanks to formal architectural language. The central surface area above the car park, landscaped on three sides, offers panoramic views out over the Lake of Zurich and provides sufficient multi-purpose space.
