Description

In a test planning procedure in 2015 Bauart demonstrated how a major distributor can be integrated into a small, well-structured community, and how the centre of the village can thus be carefully and moderately densified.  Thanks to a clever transport regime and optimal organization and positioning of deliveries, space can be created for pedestrian areas and soft mobility. A roof at different angles overarching the new volumes blends with the scale of the village, without attempting to mask its bulk.
