Description
The project developed by the Bauart team aims at strengthening the heart of the city by extending the urban center towards the lake. Based on a precise reading of the site, the concept proposes a series of measures inscribed in the area’s history. Concentration generates an ambitious project, a strong identity and a high quality of everyday life. Situated in close proximity to the station and opening onto a generous park, the new piece of city is deployed in layers to host new inhabitants and jobs.
