Our range of activity and our services include both new constructions and transformations of existing buildings. Strong focus is set on designing residential buildings and multifunctional ones (dedicated to education or hosting institutions, service complexes with commercial and administrative areas). Both the size and the supra-regional roots of our office allow us to solve complex interdisciplinary tasks and to address new thematic areas on a regular basis.
Our range of services includes:
- Regeneration of brownfield areas, development of urban and architectural projects, from feasibility study to realization
- Architectural design, planning of preliminary projects and projects until building permit
- Tender and implementation planning, supervision of construction work, interior design
- Development of products (i.e. wooden modular constructive systems)
- Participation in competitions or selection boards
Furthermore, we propose the following services:
- Urban planning
- Invitation of tenders for the total service contractor, from design work up to final entry into service
- Builder support
- Organization of competitions and tendering procedures
- These services are based on Bauart’s principles, which aim at promoting the emergence of a sustainable built environment and the development of synergies and innovations.
