With its striking streamline design (a rectangular shape with curved corners) and glazed façades, it stands out from the surrounding buildings that are intended for housing and private activity. On the first floor its full-height windows are equipped with a lattice of metal strips to guarantee optimal sun protection and avoid overheating in summer.
