Located in a loosely structured urban district, this realization gathers offices and workshops within a specific volume. The façade of the building, which integrates signposting elements on the street side, gives a strong identity to the whole complex. Specific attention was given to energetic aspects, which allowed reaching Minergie standard requirements.
