Housing NEOCASA La Neuveville

With its simple, rectangular shape the La Neuveville housing project fits in well with the built-up urban fabric. Balconies and skylights grouped on the south- and west-facing façades reach outwards like vertical elements integrated into the building's volume. The different shapes and heights of the windows distributed across the façade highlight how the edifice is inspired by the surrounding urban houses in the neighbourhood, rather than by multi-apartment buildings. The roughcast façade and hip roof will be in similar colours to emphasize the building's volumetric design.
