Description

The project’s architectural statement reaffirms the site’s articulating role, both in terms of neighboring roads and surrounding urban fabrics (actual and future). The creation of five complementary « urban entities » - three open blocks, a tertiary center and a public garden – consistently highlights the presence of the new neighborhood and creates an inner world with a specific identity. Its rich and diverse character corresponds to the site’s new functional mix.
