Building permit for the Zurich Innovation Center Givaudan

Less than eleven months after planning work began, Lindau local authority has granted the building permit for the Zurich Innovation Center Givaudan. At much the same time, the general planning team led by Bauart was able to deliver the construction project with the preliminary cost estimate to the building client. Constructive and focussed cooperation between the building client’s project team and the experienced and highly effective general planning team enabled these key milestones to be reached on time and to a high quality standard despite the tight deadlines.
