Givaudan - Zurich Innovation Center

By the end of 2018, fragances and flavours producer Givaudan will have built its new "Zurich Innovation Center" (ZIC) for research and product development in the southern part of the historical former Maggi area in Kemptthal. Following up on the report established in 2014 by the design-competition assessment board, as well as in-depth workshops with building contractors and partners, the project's general planning team under the leadership of Bauart has produced a preliminary project with a cost estimate in a planning period of just 5 months. The new building is due to be certified with the major international sustainability label LEED (v4) and is sure to achieve GOLD level.
