Territorial synergies for places of knowledge

Within a context marked by the emergence of new synergies for territorial development, considerations related to the creation of public equipment occupy central stage. Illustrating these issues for places of knowledge, Emmanuel REY has been invited to present the strategies experimented within the creation of Microcity in the last edition of URBIA. From political birth to concrete realization, this new branch of EPFL in Neuchâtel is based on the creative search for partnership, sustainability and innovation.
