Description
The architectural approach for this new neighbourhood is based on a careful study of the specificities linked with the town’s character and the fine surrounding landscape. These will be reflected not only in the general morphology but also in the planning of the layout, the design of outdoor areas and the arrangement of buildings. The structures will thus feature segmented volumes, a succession of buildings that are intentionally not “lined up” in rows and a variety of tiered public spaces. In addition, there is strong interaction linking the developed and non-built spaces which results in an abundance of greenery and a network of little alleys, paths and lanes.
