The film “Brückenkopf” has been selected and nominated for the AFA Architecture Film Award as part of the Milano Design Film Festival.

The festival opens on November 22. More than 40 video productions will be screened in various cinemas across Milan until November 27. The Brückenkopf office building from the 1960s has been repurposed under the motto “urban living” into small apartments ranging from 1.5 to 3.5 rooms and lofts. The apartments occupy the five upper floors, the lofts are located in the podium level, and commercial spaces are housed on the ground floor. A shared rooftop terrace completes the project. The 40-minute film by V12Media Productions GmbH provides in-depth insights into the architectural, historical, and social dimensions of this unique building.
