Karin holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Commercial Business (EFZ) and has built up extensive professional experience in both small and large companies. She has held a variety of roles, including executive board member, office manager, head of finance and HR, and head of administration. She has also worked as an executive assistant and in marketing and sales. Thanks to her broad practical experience and continuous professional development, she has consistently deepened her expertise and adapted it to evolving demands. She joined Bauart in 2009 as Head of Administration and was appointed to the extended management team in 2014. Today, she is responsible for HR, finance, and administration across all three offices.
