Bauart completes "Suurstoffi" in Rotkreuz with two versatile office buildings and student housing.

The project designed by Bauart covers the last two construction sites of the "Suurstoffi" district, developed under holistic planning principles near Rotkreuz train station. It includes two distinctively designed, flexible-use administrative buildings incorporating student housing. Each of the two structures has its own architectural identity while integrating seamlessly into the diverse ensemble of buildings with varied designs.
