Shared energy and insight at the Bauart workshop in Wankdorfcity3.

All team members from the Bauart offices in Bern, Neuchâtel and Zurich came together for a workshop at the Wankdorfcity3 site in Bern. The focus was on interactions within the Bauart team. This afternoon provided an opportunity for introspective reflection, with the aim of connecting with others while becoming aware of the impact of one’s strengths within the group. A big thank you to Actitudes Sàrl for guiding us through this stimulating journey that is just beginning.
