The work continues on the Creative Factory site in Renens, gradually revealing the definitive configuration of this former logistics building transformed into a multi-functional building. Our architectural approach aims to enhance the value of existing buildings, create generous spaces, revitalize the urban fabric, limit the consumption of resources and minimize environmental impact. Reorganized around a newly-created interior street, the building offers spaces dedicated to living and working, as well as training, catering, creative and craft workshops.
