The project of this internal neighborhood densification proposes a system of street and garden rows with an overarching geometry but differentiated volumes. Staggered bodies with building parts of locally typical dimensions create a connection to the surrounding neighborhood. In between runs the car-free residential street, with several connections to Schöneggweg and the open space to the southwest in the form of cross alleys. Based on a unified structure, the project offers a differentiated housing supply. Combined with high usage flexibility, this can meet the needs of as many tenants as possible in all stages of life, promoting identification with their home.
