The structure integrates architecture, landscape architecture, Minergie-P-ECO standards, and art in construction into a fully sustainable project. Its positioning and volumetry create a transition between the operational buildings and the protected neighboring structures, while considering the surrounding nature park. It represents "art without work but with impact," using excess process heat for heating and spring water for cooling. The ground floor, with its three large openings, allows the exterior space to flow into the interior. The two upper floors are connected by an atrium and appear from the outside as a homogeneous volume resting on the permeable ground floor.
