Based on a valorization approach of the pre-existing typology, the former industrial building was turned into some ten lofts. The lower levels, which date back to 1910, were renovated. The extra height of the building, which dates back to 1957, was demolished and rebuilt as a continuum of the original volume. The building is primarily dedicated to residential functions, thanks to the addition of specific volumes housing kitchens, bathrooms and equipment. It also includes an artist’s studio on the ground floor.
