A new modular school building for the municipality of Chavannes-près-Renens – temporary classrooms for 12 classes.

On September 10, the school pavilion in the Parc de la Plaine will be officially inaugurated. For almost a month now, part of the primary school children of Chavannes-près-Renens have been attending classes in the newly built modular timber schoolhouse. The temporary building will serve as an alternative location for the next eight years while several school buildings in the municipality undergo renovation. From the standpoint of school planning, the building is temporary — yet for the pupils, it will be a permanent part of their childhood memories.
