It is the first piece of a former military site to be opened to the public and designed as a condensation point for future development. The outer form refers to the urban grain, while the interior creates a world on a human scale with clear addresses and a strong identity. The campus’s open space concept extends not only over the entire plot but also develops across several levels and terraces, reaching up to the rooftop gardens. The heart of the campus is the forum. It offers flexible space that can be used by all tenants. The façade surrounds the campus, uniting it into a whole and thus locating it within the city.
