Swisswoodhouse is a product development for a multi-family residential building, initiated by the companies Renggli AG and Bauart Architekten und Planer AG. This innovative housing concept and its structural design allow for great flexibility in space utilization. Swisswoodhouse has been designed to accommodate the lifestyles of future generations. The basis of the project is a neutral base module with a net floor area of 25 m². Buyers can customize their apartment layout by selecting predefined usage modules from a catalog, tailoring the space precisely to their needs.
