A new school pavilion in Ottenbach – functional, sustainable, modular. Now in use.

Recently brought into operation, the new modular school pavilion in the municipality of Ottenbach (ZH) complements the existing primary school with high-quality spaces for out-of-school care and psychomotricity. The single-storey timber modular building was completed in just six months on site, thanks to a high degree of prefabrication and a clear, functional layout. The pavilion was designed by Bauart Architects and Planners Ltd, Zurich. With its surrounding veranda, generous windows and barrier-free access, it combines functionality, sustainability and comfort.
