Schweizer Holz Certification for the WMS Project in Bümpliz

On Friday, 8 August 2025, the WMS project in Bümpliz officially received the Schweizer Holz certification. This certificate, presented by Andreas Stump, timber engineer at Holzprojekt AG, to Peter Schmid, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hans und Rosa Weiss-Müller Foundation, confirms that 62% of the timber used in the building comes from Swiss forests. This recognition reflects a clear commitment to the use of local resources, the reduction of the carbon footprint, and the promotion of national expertise in timber construction.
