The Creative Factory project involves transforming a former logistics center into a multifunctional building in Renens.
The first tenants have moved into the lofts of the Creative Factory in Renens, whose unique character
offers rare spatiality and a hybrid living space combining traces of the past with contemporary
interventions. Our architectural approach here enhances the existing structure, creates generous
spaces, limits resource consumption, and minimizes environmental impact. Reorganized around a
newly created interior street, the transformed building offers spaces dedicated to living and working,
as well as workshops for training, catering, creation, and crafts.
