New ensemble of three buildings surrounding a preserved park, blending private and public spaces.

The residential and school home is now formed by a set of three buildings, all accessed from a common square. The two new buildings, which meet the Minergie-P-ECO standard, house the residential groups and administration. The existing school building continues to serve its original function but has been renovated to meet current needs. By placing the buildings at the property boundary, the spacious park with old trees has been preserved. The spatial organization differentiates between public and private spaces: it extends from the park through the square, then through the communal areas, and all the way to the individual rooms of the residential groups.
